The Beacon Principle is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.  The company shall exist to provide support to those in need within the community of the members as well as those serving the Country in Military service.  This will be carried out through projects that will assist in access to education as well as provide goods and services.  The company will maximize impact through collaboration with other non-profit organizations where mutually beneficial for educational and charitable purposes.
